Shipping Policy
At Aviste Paintings, each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Time: All original paintings are prepared and shipped within 7 - 10 business days after purchase. Larger paintings that require crating may take longer.

Shipping Rates: Shipping is calculated by the dimensions and weight of each painting. Please note that larger paintings will need to be shipped in crates to ensure a safe arrival to the destination, this will increase shipping costs.

Insurance: All paintings will be insured through the carrier up to the value of the work.

Domestic (U.S.): 10 - 14 business days. Larger paintings may take longer.

International: times may vary due to customs delays

Refund & Return Policy
Due to the unique nature of the original artwork, all sales are final. However, if you experience any issues, please review the policy below:

Original Paintings: Non-refundable and non-returnable.

Commissions: Non-refundable once work has begun. A deposit is required before starting.

Damaged Orders: If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with the carrier to rectify the issue.
